What does it compare?

Variable names and values, listing keys only in A, only in B, with different values, or identical.

Are secrets uploaded?

No. Parsing happens in your browser, and values can be masked on screen.

How are comments and quotes handled?

Comment lines are ignored, an optional "export " prefix is stripped, and matching surrounding quotes are removed.

Good for .env.example checks?
