Frequently Asked Questions
How does this compute each timezone's current UTC offset?
It uses the browser's Intl.DateTimeFormat API with each IANA timezone name to read that zone's current local time, then diffs it against UTC — so daylight saving time is reflected automatically for today's date.
What does the "everyone available" list actually mean?
It lists the hours, expressed in your own browser's local time, where every participant's working-hours window overlaps simultaneously — not just any two people, but the full set you've added.
Can I set a working-hours window that crosses midnight?
Yes. If the "from" hour is greater than the "to" hour (e.g. 22 to 6), the tool treats it as an overnight window that wraps past midnight rather than an invalid range.
Does this account for daylight saving time changes on future dates?
No — it uses each timezone's current offset at the moment you load the page. If you're scheduling a meeting for a date where DST status differs from today, the overlap hours may shift by an hour around the actual DST transition dates.
Is my team's schedule information sent anywhere?
No. All timezone and working-hours data stays in your browser tab and is recalculated locally — nothing is transmitted or stored.
