Does this generator run entirely offline like the other tools?
No. This tool calls the public randomuser.me REST API directly from your browser to fetch real generated profiles, so it requires an internet connection. No data is sent through WebdevToolbox's own servers.
How many users can I request at once?
Up to 5,000 in a single request via the Results field, matching the limit documented by the randomuser.me API.
Can I always get the same set of users back?
Yes. Set a Seed value and the API will return the same deterministic results every time you use that seed with the same other parameters.
What output formats are supported?
JSON, Pretty JSON, CSV, YAML, and XML — these map directly to the format parameter documented by randomuser.me.
Can I limit the fields returned, like just name and email?
Yes. Use the Include fields box (inc) to request only specific fields, or Exclude fields (exc) to omit fields like login or id.
Can I control password generation or nationality of generated users?
Yes. The password checkboxes map to the API's password option (charset and length), and the nationality chips or free-text field map to the nat parameter, accepting a comma-separated list of country codes.
