Browse a .db/.sqlite file and run SQL
Upload a SQLite database file to browse its tables and run read/write SQL queries against an in-memory copy — powered by sql.js (SQLite compiled to WebAssembly). The file is loaded entirely in your browser; nothing is uploaded to a server.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does this run SQLite in a browser with no backend?
It uses sql.js, which compiles the real SQLite C library to WebAssembly. Your uploaded file is loaded into an in-memory virtual filesystem and queried by that WebAssembly module directly in your browser tab.
Are changes I make (INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE) saved back to my file?
No — everything happens against an in-memory copy of the database. Changes are visible in the UI for the rest of your session but are never written back to the original file on disk, and are lost on page refresh.
Is my database file uploaded to a server?
No — the file is read locally via the File API and handed directly to the WebAssembly SQLite engine running in your browser tab. It never leaves your device.
What SQLite file extensions does this accept?
The file picker filters for .db, .sqlite, and .sqlite3, but any valid SQLite database file (regardless of extension) will load correctly once selected.
Can I run arbitrary SQL, including CREATE TABLE or schema changes?
Yes — since it's a real, in-memory SQLite engine, any valid SQL statement works, including DDL. The table list panel automatically refreshes after each query in case you created or dropped a table.
